The actual weight is applicable on all Chronopost Classic home shipments. You must weigh your parcel. Round up to the next kilogram.
Any difference in actual weight or dimensions may result in additional invoicing or refusal by the departure agency, with no refund possible.
Minimum dimensions: 30 cm x 21 cm, minimum thickness of 3 cm or 200 grams
Maximum dimensions: the sum of the length + 2 heights + 2 widths must not exceed 300 cm, the length must not exceed 150 cm
Non-standard parcels: in the event of an actual weight greater than 30 kg, and/or a length greater than 150 cm and/or when the package dimensions are greater than 300 cm, a supplement of €70 excluding VAT will be charged by Chronopost.
Non-mechanizable parcels (supplement handling): parcels due to their particular dimensions or shapes are subject to a handling surcharge of €6 excluding VAT. This includes parcels longer than 110cm, parcels with unstable shapes. Please select this option if you are concerned.
Chronopost Chrono Classic is a service available from France to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, United Kingdom, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland.
Parcels are sent by land.
If you wish to combine both the handling surcharge and choose Ad Valorem insurance, please send us an email so that we can modify the service and the total amount to be paid.
You can choose to print on site at our warehouse in Saint Michel (02830), at any Relais or locker point in France offering this type of service, or to send the label by email if you have a printer at home.
